1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 - The contract concluded between BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL and the Customer is considered finalized upon full or partial acceptance of the order by BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL. Such acceptance is deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. By placing an order using the various available methods, the Customer declares to have read and accepted all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and payment conditions.
1.2 - If the Customer is a private consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), after completing the online purchase procedure, they will print or save an electronic copy of these general conditions of sale, in accordance with Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05.
1.3 – The Customer has no right to claim compensation or damages, nor any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the full or partial non-acceptance of an order or misuse of the purchased products. All products sold by BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL bear the CE mark; therefore, it is mandatory for the consumer to read all safety instructions provided by the company before use.
1.4 - BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL reserves the right to cancel an order, refunding the buyer in case of unavailability of materials or other reasons, even after payment. No compensation claims for product unavailability will be accepted. The buyer will be entitled to a full refund or a credit of equal value to choose alternative products.
1.5 - BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL holds stock only of products expressly marked as "available". All other products will be ordered from suppliers upon acceptance of the order. The Customer acknowledges that the estimated shipping date is purely indicative and non-binding. BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL shall not be liable for delays due to supplier unavailability or causes beyond its control. In the event of force majeure preventing order fulfillment, even beyond expected times, upon request the company will promptly refund the payment and cancel the order. For bank transfers, the Customer agrees to provide necessary details for the refund when requested.
2. PURCHASE METHODS
2.1 - The Customer can only purchase products listed in the online catalog of www.bongiornowork.com at the time of placing the order, as described in their technical and informational sheets, except for improvements by the manufacturer. Images on product pages may differ slightly in color, size, or included accessories and may represent a product line rather than a specific item. All purchase support content (Glossary, Guides, etc.) is for general informational purposes only and not specific to individual products. Prices shown include VAT, as applicable in Italy.
2.2 - Order receipt is confirmed by BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL via email, sent to the Customer’s provided email address. The confirmation includes the order Date and Time, and a Number to be referenced in all future correspondence. Customers must verify the information and promptly report any errors by any suitable means.
2.3 - In case of non-acceptance of the order, BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL will promptly notify the Customer.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 - Credit card, debit card, prepaid card: for orders paid by “Credit Card,” the charge will be processed upon confirmation of the order.
3.2 – BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL reserves the right to request additional information (e.g., landline number) or copies of documents proving card ownership. In the absence of the requested documentation, the company may refuse the order.
3.3 – During and after the purchase process, BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL may become aware of card data transmitted via secure connections directly to the financial institution handling the transaction. These details are only stored upon explicit customer request and consent, according to certified security standards and always in a masked format.
3.4 - Bank transfer in advance: Orders using this method are processed only after the payment is credited to the BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL bank account. Bank details are provided during order confirmation and in the confirmation email. The transfer reason must include the order number and the name of the order holder.
3.5 – PayPal: for purchases made via PayPal, the amount is immediately charged upon completing the online transaction.
3.6 – As with credit cards, BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL may receive PayPal account information during and after the purchase, which is transmitted via secure connections. 4. DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
4.1 - Sales made on www.bongiornowork.com are treated as distance sales and therefore not subject to mandatory invoicing under Art. 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633/1972, nor subject to receipt issuance under Art. 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree No. 696/1996. Invoices must be explicitly requested before or during order finalization.
4.2 - Shipping costs, where applicable, are charged to the Customer and clearly indicated during order placement. No additional charges beyond the total order amount are due.
4.3 - BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing or delivery by the carrier.
4.4 - Orders are delivered at street level unless:
- otherwise agreed with customer service,
- specified in the product details.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check:
- that the number of packages matches the order confirmation,
- that packaging is intact and not damaged or altered, particularly at sealing points.
Any damage or discrepancies must be immediately reported by writing a DETAILED CONTROL RESERVE (e.g., "punctured packaging", "crushed box", "open package") on the delivery receipt. Once signed, no further external objections can be made.
Issues regarding product integrity, accuracy, completeness, or correctness must be reported within 3 days of delivery as outlined herein.
4.5 - If undelivered products remain in the courier's warehouse for more than 5 working days due to repeated failed delivery attempts, the products will be returned to BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL.
4.6 - Return methods vary based on the product category for which the customer exercises the right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery (as proven by courier documentation).
- For safety footwear or workwear returns, BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL will arrange collection. If the first pickup fails, the customer may be charged for a second attempt. After a second failure, the customer must return the items at their expense.
- For all other product categories, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns from outside Italy, costs and procedures must be agreed upon in advance.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - In accordance with Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person buying for non-professional reasons without VAT reference), they may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty or explanation.
5.2 - To exercise this right, within 30 working days of product receipt, the customer must contact Bongiornowork Customer Service or send a registered letter with return receipt stating the intention to withdraw to:

The service representative will explain how to handle any return costs. Once the product is returned per point 4.7, and its integrity is verified, the refund will be processed within 30 days. For orders paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, refunds are made via bank transfer (customer must provide details). Orders paid by card or PayPal will be refunded through the same method.
Returned products must be intact, functional, and in original packaging (including bags and boxes), with no signs of wear or dirt.
5.3 - The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- it applies to the entire product; partial returns are not accepted;
- it does not apply to: (i) opened audiovisual or software products; (ii) customized or tailor-made products;
- products must be returned in original, complete packaging with all accessories. No labels or tape should be applied directly to the packaging;
- the Customer is responsible for product integrity until received by the warehouse;
- on arrival, products are checked. If packaging is damaged, up to 10% may be withheld for restoration costs.
5.4 - The right of withdrawal is void if:
- the product is used improperly, causing wear or damage;
- the external or internal packaging is missing;
- essential parts are missing;
- the product is damaged for reasons other than transport.
In such cases, the product will be made available to the Customer for collection at their own expense at the BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL warehouse.
6. WARRANTIES
All products sold by BONGIORNO ANTINFORTUNISTICA SRL are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and by a 24-month conformity guarantee under Legislative Decree 206/05. To receive warranty service, the Customer must keep the purchase receipt.
6.1 - The 24-month warranty under Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products with conformity defects, provided the product is used appropriately and as described in accompanying documentation. This warranty is for private consumers only (natural persons purchasing for non-professional purposes, without indicating a VAT number on the order form).
