Shipments
Available shipping options are shown during the order finalization process. Shipping options vary based on product type, availability, weight, item size and delivery address.
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via BRT or Poste with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a BRT delivery with signature requirement, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. The handling costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. In the case of fragile objects, particular attention is paid both in packaging and shipping to avoid unpleasant damage to the goods.
